Nays - None. - Motion carried Rules Suspended Mr. Walker, seconded by Mr. Busa, moved that Resolution No. 714 be approved and passed.as read. Resolution Passed Mr. Wedler asked if the road could be staked now, so that the people could have a chance to move their shrubbery. The Council instructed the Engineer to stake Worton Park Driveo Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Mason,.introduced Ordinance No. 1035, entitlede "An Ordinance Authorizing the Mayor and :Clerk-Treasurer of the Village of Mayf ield to Enter Into a Contract With Northern Ohio Paving Co. f or the Grading and Paving of Worton Park Drive When Funds are Available or in the Process o£ Collection" which ordinance was read to Council. Mr. Davis, seeonded by Mr. Mason, moved that the rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended.
