Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Sloan, Busa, Walker, Mason, Schmidt & Davis. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Mason, seconded by Mr. Davis, moved that Ordinance No. 1034 be <br />approved and passed as read. -, <br />Roll Calle Ayes - Messrs Sloan, Busa, Walker, Mason, Schmidt & Davis. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion earried <br />, _ ... Ordinance Passed , <br />Mr. D°Agostino reported that the footbridge on Beech Hill is completed <br />now. The street signs are up, with the exception of the one on Wilson Mills <br />Road, at the Gates Mills line. The sidewalks on Ridgebury are completed' now. <br />The bridge railing on Worton Park is also completed. <br />Mayor Bennett complimented the store owners in the Shopping Center f or <br />the new grass that was sowed in front of their stores. <br />Mayor Bennett asked that Landscape Architect's plans be included in <br />the specifications f or new developments. Council was in favor of this. An <br />ordinance will be ready by the next work session. <br />Mayor Bennett asked Mr. Peterson what could be done about:the water <br />which runs across the sidewalk o? SOM Center from the road to the f ield. The <br />drilling.of hales. did not help the situation. Mr. Peterson said that he <br />would Iike to look at it when the water and mud is there. <br />Mr:. Mr. 0'Hara, Mro Wedler, and the Council, <br />after discussion, recommended that the bid of Northern Ohio be taken instead <br />of re-advertising, <br />. Mr. Walker, seconded by Mr. Davis, introduced Resolution No. 714, ' <br />entitled: "A Resolution.Determini,ng that the Imgrovement of Worton Pazk..Drive, <br />f rom Wilson Mills Road to Hemingway,Road, by Grading and Paving with Asphaltic <br />Concrete Materials, Should be Made After a Hearing Pursuant to Revised Code_ <br />Section 727e24", which resolution was read to Council. <br />... . .. _ . . • . . , . . .. . . _ . . . - • <br />Mr. Mason9 seconded by Mr. Davis, moved that the rules of law requiring <br />a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />4.
