<br />Minutes of the Regular Meeting <br />Village of Mayfield <br />November 20, 1967 _ <br />The Council of the Village of Mayf ield met in regular session at the <br />Village Hall on Monday, November 20, 1967, at 8:00 P. M., Mayor Bennett <br />presidingo <br />Roll Call: Present - Mayor Bennett, Messrss Sloan, Busa, Walker, Mason, <br />Schmidt and Davis. <br />Absent - None. _ <br />Mayor Bennett asked that the word "purchased" be changed to"investigate" <br />in"the minutes.of the October meeting, on page one, in the last paragraph. Mr. <br />Busa, seconded by Mr. Schmidt, moved that the minutes be accepted as corrected. <br /> <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Sloan, Busa, Walker, Mason, Schmidt & DaVis. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Minutes Accepted <br />Building Department - Mr. Davis. <br />Painting is being done downstairs in the Village Hall and the Off ice of <br />the Service Building. <br />The electric cable has been installed in the gutters of the Service <br />Building. <br />?Safety and Service - Mr. Sloan. <br />' 'No meeting was held.on November 6th, 1967, due to the election. <br />Streets and Koads - Mr. Sloan - No Report. <br />Ceraetery - Mr. Sloata - No Report. <br />Welfare and Recreation - Mr. LJalker. <br />Nlayor Bennett asked Asr. Foltz to f ill the Skating Pond on Wilson Mills <br />Roade The Pond by Chief Shortle"s house has been graded and has been f illed <br />with water. - <br /> <br />Architectural Board - Mr. Busae <br />C I. . <br />Mr. Busa read the minutes of the November 9th meeting.
