Mr. Wedler, seconded by Mr. Belzer, then introduced Ordinance No. 758 <br />entitled: "An Ordinance Creating the Position of Assistant Secretary of the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission and Fixing the Tenure, Compensation and Duties <br />Thereof1°, which ordinance was read to Council. <br />It was moved by Mr. Sloan, seconded by Mr. Mason, that the rules of law <br />requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Wedler, Bennett, Mason, Sloan and Belzer. <br />Nays - Nonea <br />Motion'carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />It was moved by Mr. Wedler, seconded by Mr. Bennett, that Ordinance <br />No. 758 be approved and passed as read, <br />Roll Call; Ayes - riessrs Wedler, Bennett, Mason, Sloan and Belzera <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Mre Sloan, seconded by N1r. Wedler, then in-troduced Ordinance No, 759, <br />entitledm "An Ordinance to Amend Section 3 of Ordinance No. 476, as Amended <br />by.Ordinances Nos. 525 and 604, by Increasing Compensation of Volunteer <br />Firemen for Overtime and Station House Duty81, which ordinance was sead to <br />C Oll ttC 110 <br />It was moved by Mr. Wedlers seconded by Mr. Belzer, that the rules of <br />law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs [Jedler9 Bennett, Mason, Sloan and Belzer. <br />Nays,- None. , <br />Motion carried <br />RUles Susp'ended <br />, <br />It was moved by Mr. Wedler, seconded by Mr. Belzer, that Ordinance <br />No. 759 be approved_ a.n.d passed as read. <br />Roll Call; Ayes - Messrs Wedler, Bennett, Mason, Sloan and Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />` Ordinance Passed <br />Mayor Endress then reported that the light which Council had requested <br />f.or Joyce Road had been placed on a pole acress the street and was in Highland <br />Heights instead of our Village. Mayor Endress wondered what we were going to <br />do about it as we would be paying f or a light not in our Village and, due to <br />the width of Wilson Mills Road, the light was not sufficient.to do much good <br />for the entrance to Joyce Road. Council could not understand how this had <br />happetted and asked Mr. Wieland to check into the matter and report on it at <br />the next Council meeting. <br />4.
