Mr. Wedler, seconded by Mr. Belzer, then introduced Ordinance No. 758 <br />entitled: "An Ordinance Creating the Position of Assistant Secretary of the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission and Fixing the Tenure, Compensation and Duties <br />Thereof1°, which ordinance was read to Council. <br />It was moved by Mr. Sloan, seconded by Mr. Mason, that the rules of law <br />requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Wedler, Bennett, Mason, Sloan and Belzer. <br />Nays - Nonea <br />Motion'carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />It was moved by Mr. Wedler, seconded by Mr. Bennett, that Ordinance <br />No. 758 be approved and passed as read, <br />Roll Call; Ayes - riessrs Wedler, Bennett, Mason, Sloan and Belzera <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Mre Sloan, seconded by N1r. Mayor Endress wondered what we were going to <br />do about it as we would be paying f or a light not in our Village and, due to <br />the width of Wilson Mills Road, the light was not sufficient.to do much good <br />for the entrance to Joyce Road. Council could not understand how this had <br />happetted and asked Mr. Wieland to check into the matter and report on it at <br />the next Council meeting. <br />4.
