Mayor Endress then reminded Council of the meeting with the Regional <br />Planning Commission and the Zoning and Planning Commission on Monday, rebruary <br />26=, 1962, and aslced that they come prepared with their questions. <br />, Mayor Endress then reported the.Death of our School Guard, Mr. Paul <br />Gibbons, and said that he had no successor to propose to datee <br />Mayor Endress then appointed M rs. Sally Herzbrun as Assistant Secretary <br />of the Zoning and Planning Commission. It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded <br />by.Mr. Wedler, that this appointment be approved. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Wedler, Bennett, Mason, Sloan and Belzer. <br />Nays.- Noneo _ <br />Motion carried <br />Appointment Approved <br />It was then moved by Mro Mason, seconded by Mro Belzer, that the Zoning <br />and Planning Commission be authorized to purchase two Minute Books such as the <br />Village used £or their Minutes of Council. _ <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Wedler, Bennett, Mason, Sloan and Belzer. <br />Nays - Nonee , . " Motion carried <br />Mayor Endress then reported that he had a call from some lady on <br />Ridgebury Boulevard, saying that she was having water trouble and wished to have <br />. city water, Mayor Endress then asked Council what they wished to do about it. <br />Mayor Endress said that she had asked for petitions and reminded Council that <br />we could not,assess the Mayfield Heights side and all costs would have to be <br />, borne by residents on the Mayfield Village side of the street. There was <br />some discussion in Council, as some of the people were getting water through <br />a pipe from the Mayf ield Heights side.and all using one meter. When.approached <br />in the past, they did not feel like changing this status. Mr. Mason asked <br />that they be re-approached to see if there was any change in the situation. <br />Our Engiaeer said that he could check with the Water Department on this, <br />situation. Whitfield as a Board to report'the estimated, assessments for <br />the Worton Park Water project.. , <br />Mr. Mason, seconded by Mr. Belzer, then introduced Resolution No; 527, <br />entitled; "A Resolution Appointing a Board to Report the Estimated Assessments <br />i:o Pay the Costs and Expenses of Improving Worton Park Drive, Woodlane Drive, <br />North Woodlane Drive, South Woodlane Drive, and Norman Lane Drive by the Construction <br />of Water Mains and Appurtenances", which Resolution was read to Councile <br />5.
