Roll Callo Ayes - Messrs Zorns Wedler, Bennett, Mason and Sloanm - Nays - None, Motiotn' earried ? Appointment Approved Mro Edelman' a Notary Public, then administered the Oath of OfEice to Mrso Panek. < - ? Mr. Tdedler, xeporting for the Planninb and Zonittg Commission, said that thegr had-met on Apri.l 9s 19629 and,pxoceeded to read the Minutes of that meeting to Council, Mro Wedler read two resolutions to Councii, nne applying to proposed Ordinance No. 763 and one applying to proposed Ordinance No. 764, The resolutions of the Commission approved both ordinances and recommended their passage by Council. Mra Edelman -then read an Orciinance eovering the pa.rking of trucks in driveways. There was a great deal of discussion in Council over this mattere Mr. S1oan, seconded by Mr; Mason, then a.ntroduced Ordinance No: 766 , entitled: •'An Ordinance to Amend Ordinanee No. 159s The Zoning Ordinatace of the Village of Mayfielde by Adding Section 7(a), in Order to Clarify the Prdvisions as to Parking and Storage of Commercial Vehicles in Residential Districts, and to Prohibit the Samee and to Prescribe Penaltaes f or Violation of this Ordinancea'e which ordinance was read to Couneilo. This Ordinance was then placed upon its first reading. It was moved by Mr. Mason, seconded by Mre Sloan, that-a public hearing f or May 21sts 1962, at 7s30 P. M. at the Town Ha11 be,set for this ordinanee. Also, that this ordinance be referred to the Planning and Zons.ng Commission for report, ? Motion carried Mr0 Edelman then read proposed Ordinance No. 767fl the Junk Ordinance to Councile Mro Mason' seconded by Mr. Sloan,•then introduced Ordinance No. 767 entitled; 91An Ordinance to Aaaend Sectiott 3 of Osdinance NoO 159, the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mayfield, as Amended by Ordinances Nos.."677 -and 721; by ClarifyLng the Meaning of the Teriqs 'Scrap Iron or Junk Storage* as a Class U-7 Prohibited-UsQ'", which ordinance wa,s read to Councila. It was moved by Mrs Mason, seconded by 1NIro S1oan, that Apri.I 21, 19620 at 7:30 R.
