<br />Governing the Disposal of Garbage, Rubbish, Manure and Other Waste•, as Amended
<br />by Ordinances Nos. 632 and 635, by Amending Sections 9(a), 9(b) and 9(c) and
<br />making them applicable to undedicated or private Streets", which ordinance was
<br />read to Council.

<br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspendedo

<br />Mayor Endress then presented Council with a sketch of the proposed new steps
<br />at the front of the Town Ha11a Mra Wieland has secured a price of $430.00 and
<br />this sketch was tb show the steps the builder psopos'ed to construct. There was
<br />some diseussion in Council as to this sketch as the Building Committee had other
<br />plans in mind. It was then moved by Mr. Mason, seconde,d by Mre Belzer, that this
<br />proposal be turned over to the Building Committee. .=

<br />Mapor Endress then read a letter from the Public Utilities Commission
<br />on the East Ohio Gas rate trial.
<br />Mayor Endress read another letter from Mrm Edelman, saying that our two
<br />mill levy for Police Salaries would have to be re-submitted this yearm Mayor
<br />Endress said that we would have to do something about thiso .
<br />The East Ohio Gas Co, having requested permission for eonstruction of
<br />gas main and service between sidewalk and curb on the East side of Oakwood
<br />Drive, South of Thornapple Drive, as indicated in red ontheir pritat of drawing
<br />No. D-8824, dated July 7, 1961, Revised March 2y 1962., and enclosing check f or
<br />$21,758 and f or the East side of Beech Hill Road, from Seneca Road, Northerlyy,
<br />as indicated in red on their print of drawing No. D-6859, dated November 21,
<br />1957, Revised April 19-, 1962, and enclosing check for $5.90, it was moved, by
<br />Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Sloan, that permission bo.granted for this
<br />construction.
