Roll Callm Ayes - Messrs Zorn, Bennett, Mason, Sloan and Belzer, <br />Nays - Mre Wedlera <br />Motion carried <br />It was then moved by Mr. Sloan, seconded by Mr. Belzer, that the rules <br />of law as ref erred to Ordinance No. 7669 requiring an ordinance to be read on three <br />separate occasions be suspended. <br />. ?- • , <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Zorn, Wedler, Bennett, Sloan, rSason and Belzer. <br />? Nays - Noneo t . , <br />- Motion carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />It was moved by Mre Sloan, secondeO by Mro.Mason, that Ordinance No. <br />766 be approved and passed as reads as amended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes -,Messrs Zorn,'Bennett, Sloan, Mason and Belzera <br />Nays - Mr. Wedler. <br />Motion carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Council thentook up the recommendation of the Zoning and Plannirig <br />Commission on Zoning of "land along the Freeway. Nir. Peterson said that.f or <br />the benef it of the Villag8 this area should be zoned very liberally for the <br />most that could come to this area and f or the benef it of the Village this <br />w'ould not be residenicial; that it would be more lilcely that _laboratories <br />would be located some distance from Wilson Mills, Mr. Mason said that a <br />point was made that we might not be acting to the best interests of the Village <br />by considering this re-zoning; that we have 23 residents along the road and <br />we have not considered their recommendatfons, so we should set up a def inite- <br />date of ineeting and refer this to the Regional Planning Board. The first <br />meeting should be with the Greater Cleveland Grou-th Board. Mayor Endress said that he had attended a meeting with this Board andthe answer was Zero; that <br />he had met with the Chamber of Commesce,and all the other planners arid it was <br />absolutely Zero as far as any resultso Mayor Endress ended by saying that <br />nobody seems to knaw just'wfiat to do, ? <br />It was then moved by Mr. Sloan ithat Ordittances Nos, 763 and 764 be, <br />referred to the Regional Plan, together with the sugges'tions by the Zoning and <br />Planning Commission iticorporated ia their Minutes of Ju>ne '11, 1962, in order <br />to study these ordinances in the'light of th'ese-suggestions, and ta arrange <br />a meeting when the Regional Planning Commission is ready to make recommendai;ions. <br />This motion was secondEd by Mr. Masonm s ". <br />Roll Calls Ayes ?
