Mr. DeMore then addressed Council and said that
although the plans had be2n presented to the city f or stndy in 1961': they
were not yet f inished. The Treatment Plant was to be located in the White
Creek Area in Richmond Heights. Mr. DeMore said that the plans were well along
and that, despite rumors, he could assure,Council,on the siterfor the Treatment
Plaat. Fram here the sewer would go Easterly towards the Freeway from Minor
Road,`ttience to Midvale and on over to S.O.M. Center Road. The sewer would then go on
SOM Road to Fisher's propertq and would be 25 os 30 feet deep and wonld then
1.
