Minutes of the Regular Meeting , November 19, 1962 The Council of the Village of Mayf ield met in regular meeting at the Town Hall at 8:00 P. M., Maqos Endress presiding. Roll Call: Present - Messrs Wedle-r, Bennett, Mason, Sloan and Belzer. Absent - Mr. Zorn. The Minutes of the Regular Meeting of October 15, 1962, were then read to Councile It was moved by Mr. Sloan, seconded by Mr. Mason, that the Minutes of the &egular Meeting be approeed and passed as read. . . Roll Call: Ayes -Messrs Wedler, Bennett, Mason, Sloan amd Belzer. " Nays - None. Motion-carried Minutes Approved Mayor.Endress then read a letter f rom Mr. Zorn, saping that, dne to poor health and family affairs, he was askiag Council to accept his regignation as of Oetober 15, 1962. Maqor Endress then said that Council would have to aecept this resignation, as Mr. Zorn°s health was bad and he had to move to Calif ornia where the climate'was hotter. It was them moved by Mr. Wedler, seconded by Mr. Mason, that this resignation be accepted with regret. Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Wedler. Bennett, Mason, Sloan and Belzer. Nays - None. - - Motion carried . Resignation.Accepted ` Mayor Endress then asked f or nominations from Council to replace Mr.. Zosn. Mro Wedler, seconded by Mr. Mason, then nominated Mr. Robert Shaw. There being no further.nominations Mayor Endress called for a vote on this . nomination. BoTl Call: Ayes - Messrs Wedler, Bennett, Mason, Sloan and Belzer. ' Nays - None. Motion carried Mr. Shaw Elected, Mr. Arnold Edelman, a Notary Public, then administered the Oath of Off ice to Mr. Robert Shawm Mr. Shaw then took his seat-at the Council table...: Mayor Endress then appointed.Mr. Shaw to the Finance Cammittee.and to the Building Committee, It was moved- by Mr. Wedler;-seeonded by Mr: Belzer, that.these appointments be conf irmed. - 1.
