Mr. Wedler, reporting f or the Planning and Zoning Committee, said <br />that they had met on December 10, 1962, and proceeded to read the Minutes <br />of this meeting to Council, Mr. Wedler said that the meeting with Mr. <br />Van Curen about the apartments had been caneelled because rir. Van Curen <br />was going away and that there would be no chance to set up another meeting <br />until af ter the f irst of the year. <br />Mr. Masonn reporting f or the Finance Committee, said that they planned <br />to have a meeting in the near future and this would be a chance for Council <br />to get together taith the new members of Council and askedwthat any recommen- <br />dations be given to members of the Finance Committeee Mr. Mason then <br />reported that the Finance Committee had fonnd the Pay Ordinance to be in <br />order and recommended its passage. <br />It was then moved by Mr. Mason, seconded by Nir. Wedler, that Pap <br />Ordinance IVoe 472ebe approved and passed as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Wedler,Bennett,Shaw,Mason,Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />riotion carried <br />Pay Ordinance Passed <br />Mr. Mason, seconded by Mr. Belzer, then introduced Resolution No. <br />555, entitled: °'A Resolution to Transfer $1,000.00 From the General Fund <br />to the Building Equipment Fund", which Resolution was read to Council. <br />It was moved by Mr. Wedler, seconded by Mr. Sloan, that the rules <br />of law requiring a resolution to be rea.d on three separate occasions be <br />suspended. <br />Roll Calls Ayes - Messrs Wedler, Bennett,Shaw,Mason,Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None.
