Roll Call; Ayes - Messrs Wedler, Sennett, Shaw, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />' Motion carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Council asked Mr. Edelman to incorporate in the ordinance a clause saying <br />that if Mayf ield Village ratt into trouble on assessments it could back out. <br />Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Belzer, then introduced Resolution No. 561, <br />entitled: "A Resolution Declaring the Necessity to Improve White Road in the <br />Village of Mayf ield by the Construction oE Water.Mains and Appurtenances", <br />which resolution was read to Council. <br />It was moved by Mro Belzer, seconded by Mr. Sloan, that the rules of law <br />requiring a Resolution to.be read on three separate occasions be suspendede <br />Roll Call; Ayes - Messrs Wedler, Bennett, Shaw, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. Motion carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />It was moved by NIr. Mason, seconded by Mr. Shaw, that Resolution No. 561 <br />be approved and passed as read. <br />Roll Calla Ayes - Messrs Wedler, Bennett, Shaw, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. - <br />. Motion carried <br />Resolution Passed <br />Mr. Peterson then reported that the Lander Road Sewer plans were complete <br />and one set was given to Mro DeMore to submit to the County and then to Highland <br />Heights. Mr. Peterson also remarked that he had been up to Metro.Park Drive <br />again with Mr. Wieland and that he understood that Mr. Zorn would be back in <br />the area soon and would furnish plans of the sewersm Mr. Zorn, who was present <br />at Council, then reported that Mr. Wieland had come down and that they fiad . <br />found several things wrong which he would f ix and then go to the manhole and <br />dye and flush it out; that the culverts under the driveways would have to be <br />cleared f irst. Mayor Endress then suggested that Mr. Wieland, Mr. Peterson <br />and Mr. Zorn get together and work things out. Mre Zorn then remarked that <br />the people were having the same trouble as Mr. Coffee and would have'ta, have <br />a ditch between their houses. <br />Mrm Peterson then said that Kenwood should be accepted; that it was. <br />complete and he had f inished his inspection tonight. Several members of <br />Council then said that they did not like this street, that there were bird <br />baths in the gutters, also:some very bad cracks and some chunks :that were <br />going to work up, and that there were openings in the expansion joints so <br />wide that the filler had dropped through, Mr. Mason then said that he would <br />recommend that the road be black topped as nothing else would help the <br />situation. Council then said that they would give Mr. Peterson a chance to <br />look at the road again. Mr. Belzer said that all cracks should be f illed and <br />the pavement chips should be f ixed bef ore we.accept this road. Mr< Petexson <br />said that he would get them tarred. <br />2.
