Mr. Masonyseconded by Mr. Belzer, then introduced Resolution No. 567 entitled: °'A Resolution to Cancel the Installments of Water Main Assessments for Certain Years on Parcel No, 831-24-3 on SOr4 Ceriter Road", which resolution was read to Council. It was moved by Mra Shaw, seconded by Mr. Mason, that the rules of law requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended.
