Mr. Edelman then reported that he had been asked to prepare two
<br />resolutions f or bond issues and that it was in order f or a resolution asking
<br />the County Auditor to certifp the millage, also a•resolution deelaring the
<br />necessity to submit the qnestion of issuing bonds for improvements for
<br />paving and grading, etc.
<br />Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mro Mason, then introduced Resolution No.
<br />570, entitled "A Resolution Declaring the Necessity of Submitting to the
<br />Electors of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, at the November 5, 1963.General
<br />Election the Question of Issuing Bonds for the Purpose oE Paying the Village's
<br />Portions of the Cost of Improvements to Be Paid in Part by the Zevy of and
<br />Collection of Special Assessments Consisting of Paving, Grading, Draining,
<br />Curbing, Ditching and Constructing Sidewalks in Streets and Constructing
<br />Sanitary Sewers, Storm Sewers and [dater Mains", which resolution was read to
<br />Counc il.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Mason, seconded by Mr. Belzer, that the rules
<br />of law requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be
<br />suspended.

<br />a New Municipal Building to House the Administraiive, Service, Fire and Police
<br />Departments, and_Acquiring a Site Therefor," which resolution was read to
<br />Council. It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Sloan, that the rules o£
<br />law requiring a resolution to.be read on three separate occasions be suspended,
