There was a great deal of discussion in Council on <br />this matter. Mr. Mason, seconded by Mr. Belzer, then intsoduced a Resolution <br />that the Village construct a Black Top sidewalk in the Freeway Right of Way on <br />the South side of Wilson Mills.
