It was moved by A4r. Sloan, seconded by Mr4 Mason, that the Resolution <br />be approved and passed as reade <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Alessrs Wedler, Bennett, Shaw, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Resolution Passed <br />Mr. Wedler then read a letter from the County of Cuyahoga referring to <br />land speculation and the small amount of taxes paid for this land, <br />Mr. Wieland presented a catalogue on Asphult Slurrya Mr. Peterson <br />said that this had possibilities, but that he would not say anything good nor <br />bad about it until next year. He said that they have a rather cumbersome <br />machine that has a pump that mixes asphalt and sand, which is fed into a spreader <br />and puts dowtt this mixture; that it is quite possible that this is a comittg <br />method oE putting down asphalt. r4r. Peterson said that he has not seen enough <br />to say as yet. <br />Mayor Endress then read the reports f rom the various departments to <br />Council. <br />A man from Metro Park Drive said that we had spoken of getting the <br />underground plans of the Metro Development and asked if these had been secured <br />as yet. Mr. Wieland said that he had these plans and that they were not much <br />to study, but that he could not do anything until the private property was <br />taken care of; that he had just received these plans the other day and that <br />he would show them to the Engineer tonight. riayor Endress said that the sewer <br />had been flushed oat; that some rubbish had come out while flushing; that we <br />do not know and have no way of knowing at present whether it will re-occur or <br />not or whether this toolc care of things till we have some experience. Mayor <br />Endress asked Mr. Wieland to check with our Engineer and get a recommendation. <br />There being no £urther business to come before Council, upon motion <br />made and duly put, Council adjourned. <br />Attest: <br />a Mayor - President of Council <br />( AZ ) ? .' <br /> <br />9.
