It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Wedler, that Ordinance No. 811 <br />be approved and passed as read. <br />Ro11 Call: Ayes - Nlessrs Wedler, Benne.tt, Shaw,_A4ason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Mr. Wedler, seconded by Mr. Nlason, then introduced Ordinance No. 812, <br />entitled: "An Ordinance to Amend Ordinance'No, 726 Known as the Degional Building <br />Code, by Adding Paragraph Noa 1633,281 Requiring Garage Doors", which ordinance <br />was read to Council. It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr; Mason, that the rules of.law <br />requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspenclede <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Wedler, Bennett, Shaw, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. ` <br />' Motion carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />- It was moved by Mr. Wedler, seconded by Mr. Shaw, that Ordinance No. 812 <br />be approved and passed as read. <br />Roll Call; Ayes - Messrs Wedler, Bennett, Shaw, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Mr. Belzer then asked Mr. Peterson about Seneca, Glenview and Bonnieview <br />and asked when they were going to be sealed. Mr. Peterson said that in his <br />opinion these streets`were in good shape and did not need sealing. rir: Peterson <br />then reported that he had landed on the County with both feet about the odors <br />on Beechhill and they said that they would come out and smell this stink, but <br />Mr. Belzer said that they did not do this, so.Mr. Peterson said that he would <br />drag them out. <br />rir.'Mason then reported that the Safety and Service Committee had <br />reported on the trafFic lights on Wilson Mi11s and SOM Center which Council <br />had aslced for and that th.is came out of the money allocated to SOM P.OAD from <br />the Gas tax and that there was suff icient money to take care of this situation <br />and if Chief Shortle thinks this is necessary we should go ahead and correct <br />the situation. Mr. Mason, seconfled by Mr. Belzer, then introduced a;resolution <br />that we spend no more than eight hundred dollars to put itt three traffic lights, <br />which resolution was read to Council. <br />_. ? \? <br />It was moved by Mrm Shaw, seconded by Mr. Sloan, t?iat'. ?2?e rules of law <br />requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occas:ions-be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Aye`s - Messrs Wedler, Bennett, Shaw, Mason, Sloan & Belzer.- <br />Nays - Nonee ' <br />Motion carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />8.
