"An Ordinance to Provide for the Issue of a Note in Anticipation of <br />the Levy of.Special Assessments and in Anticipation of the Issuance of Bonds <br />in Anticipation of the Collection of Special Assessments for the Improvement <br />of Wilson Mills Road", which Ordinance was read to Council. <br />It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Sloan, that the rules of law <br />requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Wedler, Bennett, Mason, Sloan and Belzer,. <br />Nays - None: • <br />Motion carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />It was moved by r1r.
