The Finance Committee having approved the Pay Ordinance, it was moved <br /> by Mr. Mason, seconded by rir. Shaw, that Pay Ordinance No. 482-P be approved <br /> and passed as read. <br /> Roll Call; Ayes - rlessrs Wedler, Bennett, Shaw, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. <br /> Nays - None. <br /> Motion carried <br /> Pay.Ordinance Passed <br />Mr. Mason then reported that in.reviewing the invoices on the sidewalk <br />under the Freeway, he found that it cost approximately $1,000.00. Nlre Mason <br />said that he thought that Mr. Wieland worked very hard and had made quite a <br />saving and spoke of Mr. Bordonaro*s bill f or digging a foundation f or the walk. <br />Mr. Mason said that the Fittance Committee recommended that an ordinance be <br />drawn that wherever a purchase of services over one hundred dollars is made, <br />it be given in writing. <br />Mr. Peterson then spoke of a piece of sidewalk in the State Right of <br />Way. Mr. Mason, seconded by Mr. BelzeT, then introduced a resolution that we <br />install sidewalks to the Freeway and employ Mr. Bordonaro to install concrete <br />sidewalks from the llest ramp to the Westerly end of the State Right of Way, at <br />the same rate as provided in the contract to property owners and a short piece <br />to the North ramp. It was moved by Mr. Sloan, seconded by Nir. Wedler, that <br />the rules of law requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions <br />be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Wedler, Bennett, Shaw, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - Vone. <br />Notion carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />It was moved by Mr. Sloan, seconded by Mr. Niason, that the Resolution <br />be approved and passed as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - rlessrs Wedler, Bennett, Shaia, Nlason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None.
