<br />law requiring an ordinance to tie read on three separate occasions be suspended.

<br />P4ro Edelman then advised Counc2l that there were two resolutions to
<br />pass to put the special levies on the May ballot. One was for water in the
<br />amount of $25,000.00. Mr. Edelman said that the County had certified the
<br />tax of .224 mills which would be 2.24 cents per $100.00. Tir. Shaw, seconded
<br />by Mr. Belzer, then inl:roduced Resolution No'. 594 entitled; :"A Resolution
<br />Determining to Proceed With the Submission to the Electors of the Village of
<br />Mayfield, Ohio, at the Niay 5th, 1964, Special Election, the Question of
<br />Issuin, Bonds f or the Purpose of Paying the Village's Share of the Cost
<br />of Improving the Water System of the Village by Constructing Water riains
<br />Together With the Necessary Appurtenances Thereto", which resolution was.read
<br />to Council. - '
