Village's portion of the Cost of Improving the Sanitary.Sewerage System of <br />the Village by Constructing Sanitary Sewers, Together With the?Necessary <br />Appurtenances Thereto'.', which resolution was read to Councilo <br />It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by tdr. Shaw, that the rules of <br />law req.uiring a Resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspeaded. <br />? Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaxa,Bennett,Walker,Mason;Sloan & BeFzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />It was moved by Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Belzer, that Resolutzon <br />No. 595 be approved and passed as read, <br />Roll Calle Ayes - Messrs Shata,Bennett,Wallcer,Mason,Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Resolution Passed <br />Mr, Edelman then reported to Council that we were advised by the <br />Liquor Board that they had an Application for a D-3 I,icense at 839 SOM Center <br />Road xahich is in the Dahlgren Restaurant and an Application for a D-5 License <br />at 849 SOM Center Road which is Leppelmeier's Gas Station. These applications <br />were applied for by a Mr. Seufert and an Anita Neubi. In a check by the Police <br />Department, neither of these people were icnown by anyone in this area, or by <br />the owners of the properties in question who were unaware that an application <br />had been made to use.their property f or this purpose. It was opined by Council <br />that these names were to cover up for some organization. Mr. Edelman also <br />reported that the Liquor Board had two other applications f or a D-3 and a <br />D-5 Zicense by the Worton Park Development Co, for WOrton Par1c Place. Mr. <br />Edelman said that the last two would not be considered as the population <br />figure did not allow for an opening for these two. Mr. Edelman said that he <br />had called-Columbus and was.notified that they were going to make a thorough <br />investigation of the whole thing. Mr. Edelman said it was now necessary, if <br />Council had any objections to these applications, to pass. a Resolution within <br />30 days with reasons. Mr. Shaw, seconded by Nir. Belzer, then introduced Resolution No. 596 <br />entitled; "A Resolution Objecting to the Issuance of a D-3 Liquor Permit to <br />Lemoyne Seufert of 839 SOM Center Road, Mayfield Village, Cuyahoga County, <br />Ohio", which resolution•was read to Council. <br />It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Mason, that the rules of <br />law requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaia, Bennett,Walker,Mason,Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by PZr. Mason, that P.esolution <br />No. 596 be approved and passed as read. 7. <br />
