Ro11 Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw,Bennett,Walker,Mason,Sloan & Belze'r. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Resolution.Passed <br />Mr. Mason, seconded by NIr. Belzer, then introduced Resolution No. 597 <br />entitled; "A Resolution Objecting to the Issuance of a D-5 Ziquor Pernlit to <br />Anita J. Nuibi at 849 SCM Center Road, Nlayfield Village, Cuyahoga County, Ohio", <br />which resolution was read to Council. <br />It was moved by Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Walker, that the rules of laiv <br />requiring a Resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw,Bennett,Walker,Mason,Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />? 14ot ion carried <br />Rnles Suspended <br />It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by tiir. Shaiv, that Resalution No. <br />597 be approved and passed as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw,Bennett,WalkSr,Pdason,Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. , <br />Motion carried <br />•Resolution Passed <br />Mr. Edelman then read an ordinance covering an Amusement Tax which <br />he had p'repared f or Councilo After some discussion, Council tabled this <br />matter f or the next meeting. <br />Mr. Edelman then reported"on the matter of a''Certif icate of Occupancy <br />Ordinance" which had been under discussion and said that all of the require- <br />ments in the Cleveland IIeights Ordinance were included in one of our ordinances <br />with the exception oi a few minor things; and he had prepared an "Ordinance <br />of Renewal and Annual Fees." PZr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Belzer, then introduced <br />Ordinance No. 836 entitled: "An Ordinance to Amend Section•1 of Ordinance <br />No. 726 Known as the Regional Building Code, by Amending Paragraph 1603.32 <br />Adopting Certain Provisions Applicable to Certificates of Occupancy f or <br />Multiple Dwellings, and by Adding Paragraph 1605.321 Providing for Revocation <br />of Certificates of Occupancy", which Ordinance was read to Council.' : <br />It was moved by Mr. Mason, seconded by r4r. Sloan, that the rules,of <br />law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - NIessrs Shaw,Bennett,Walker,Masott,Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />: Motion carried <br />Rules Suspencled <br />8. <br />
