M., Mayor Endress presiding. - Roll Calla Present - Messrs Shaw,Bennett,Walker,]Mason and Sloan. ` Absent- Pr. Belzer. - . The Minutes. of the regulas meeting of Julyr 13, 1964, were then read to Council. It was moved by Mr. Mason, seconded.by Mr. Sloan, that the minutes of the-regular meeting be approved as read. ' .,Roll Call; Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Bennettg Walker, Mason and S1oan. . Nays - ldone. ` Motfon carried • - Mi.nutes approved The Minutes of the Special Meeting of July 20`, 1964 were then read to Council. Department purchase` a sinall'snow plow for turn-arounds and intersections i where the big plaw could not navi.gate. Mr. Sloan, seconded by Mr. Shaw, i iatsoduceci; :a, sesolution that a small snow plaw be purchased for not more than ' $1,000.00, payable out of `the road funds, which resolution was :read to Council. It was moved bq Mr. Shaw, seconde'd by MIr. Mason, that the rales of law requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. ; Roll Call: Ayes ? Messss Shaw, Bennett.
