Mr. Edelman then read a letter on the High Rise case and said that <br />some tfine after February 23rd, the case will be argued. <br />Nlr. Mason said that he had been approached about the Leppelmeier case. <br />Mr. Edelman said that Zeppelmeier had been served with a notice and the necessary <br />Affi.davit had been prepared which will cause him to be arrested on a violation <br />of the ordinance. <br />Mr. Porter brought up the fact that Thornapple Drive was a street <br />with three names and asked if it could not be named just one name. Mr. Edelman <br />said to decide what name they wished to call the road and have a plat and file <br />it with the County Recorder; that the committee should decide upon a name <br />and give it to our Engineer who would prepare a plat. T4r. Sloan said that <br />Mayfield Heights had run into this situation:•.and did not do anything because <br />every legal paper had to be changed to conform with the namee <br />It was then moved by Mr. Shaw, secoh.ded by Mr. Belzer, that our Engineer <br />be authorized.to prepare a plat to name Thornapple. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, l3ennett, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - Noneo <br />Motion carried <br />Mrm Sloan, then Urought up the question of sidewalks on Wilson Mills <br />Road, It was moved by Mr. Walker, seconded by Mr. Mason, that our Engineer <br />be instructed to prepare a typical cross section ott both sides of Wilson Mills <br />Road, from SON!
