M.,,Mayor Endress presidznge <br />Roll Ca1Z: Present = Messrs Shaw, Bennatt,Walke,r, Masons Sloan & `Belzer. <br />Absent - Nonea <br />The Minutes of the Regular Meeting of_Augu.st 17,.19649 were then read., <br />to CounciJ.. It was moved by NIr< Sloan, seconded:by Mre Shaw, that the Minutes <br />oE the-regular meetzng be'approved qnd passed as reado <br />R012 Ca-ll: Ayes - Messrs Shaw9 Bennetty <br />Nays - None. <br />t <br />G7alker, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />? - <br />Nlotion carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />Mayor Endress then aslced for reports from the various committees. Mra <br />Sloan, reporting forS the Archi.tectura-1 Board, read the Minutes of their meeting <br />of September, 1964, to Councilo Mra Sloan said that.they approved four residents, <br />two additions,.and one swimming pool. There was nothing to report from the Buildin.g Committee9 <br /> <br />Mr. Belze.r, reportino for the Safety and Service Committee, said that <br />Chief_ Slic?rtle had discussed.a portable resuscitator with the Committee in which <br />th.ey were greatly in.neede Mr. Belzer said that the.Committee rec.ommended <br />purchasing this piece of equipmentq May.or Endress remarked at i.hzs time that the <br />Police Department had. been using the Fire_ Department equi.pmeni;,. that they had one <br />-in the police- car but the tank was small anci they ne;eded a larger unit and the <br />Fire Department,equ.ipmant was too bulky:.
