C <br />Minutes of the Regular Nleeting ` ' <br />November 16, 1964 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayf ield met in regular meeting at the <br />Town Hall at 8:00 P. M., Mayor Endress presidittg. <br />Roll Call: Present - Messrs Shaw, Bennett, Walker, Mason,Sloan & Belzer. <br />Absent - None. <br />The Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Octolier 19, 1964, were then read <br />to Council.. It was moved by Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Belzer, that the <br />minutes of the regular meeting be approved and passed as readm <br />Roll Calle Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Bennett, Walker; Mason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Mittutes Approved <br />Nlayor Endress then asked f or reports from the committees. James Sloan, <br />reporting f or the Architectural Board, said that they had met on November <br />12, 1964, and approved five homes, <br />Mrm Bennett, reporting for the Building Committee, said that he would <br />like some specifi_cations so that he could advertise f or bids for the Service <br />Garage, saying that all of Council had seen the plans f or this garagee It <br />was then moved by Mr. Bennett, seconded by Mr. Belzer, that our Engineer be <br />authorized to get together with the Building Committee and prepare plans and specif ications f or a new service buildings <br />Ro11 Ca11a Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Bennett, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />. Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Mr. Belzer, reportin.g for the Safety and Service Committee, said that <br />there was nothing much on their agenda f or the November 2nd meeting and he <br />had nothing to take up with Council. <br />Mr. Walker, reporting for the Welf are Committee, said that he had <br />been contacted by the bus company about a Bus Shelter and that a Bus`Shelter <br />would be put on their plans for f uture con.struction, that no location was <br />established, and that they should have a location and tell people before <br />they come in and put one up. Mayor Endress said.that b1r. Shortle and Mr. <br />Wieland should be alerted. <br /> <br />1.
