Mr. Masonn reporting for the Zoning and Planning Commission, read the <br />minutes of their last meeting to Council. Mr. Mason then showed the plans <br />f or the proposed subdivision f or Robert Neroni Realty Company, Mra Levine <br />then presented the revised plans for this development to Council, Mr. Shaw, <br />seconded by Mr. Walker, then introduced Resolution Noo 618 entitled: " A <br />Resolution Approving the Preliminary Plan of a Proposed Subdivision £or <br />Robert Neroni Realty Co.", which resolution was read to Council.' <br />It was moved by Mr. Shaw,.seconded by A1r. Belzer:, that the rules of law <br />requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspettded. <br />? . <br />Roll Call: 9yes - Messrs Shaw, Bennett,-Walker, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />,.,- ., r,,.,,_ <br />Motion carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />It was moved by Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mra Belzer, that Resolution No. <br />618 be approved and pass-d as read. • <br />Roll Ca11: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Bennett, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Resolution Passed <br />There was then some discussion of the•treatment plant and our Enginepr <br />saw the possibility if it was large enough to take care of Metro Drive until <br />the County came along with their sewer. Our Engineer said he did not know <br />if it would handle all this sewage, but it would be a long-time until the <br />County came up with a sewero Mr. Peterson said that if they expanded the <br />plant to take,care of this sewage, they should be reimbursed in some way f or <br />this expense and that it should be on record that this was a natural outlet <br />for Zorn Lane. Mr. Peterson said we should not hold up the developers, <br />however, until this is being resolved. There was also some discussioR of <br />the large expense of pavement at the turnaround as being someiahat of a <br />desert... Their Engineer said that this would be a 96 f oot turnaround. <br />Council then toolc up the Aintree Park Development and Mayor Endress <br />discussed tfiis development with Council. He said that the Regional-Planning <br />Commission had proposed that a road come out on Wilson Mills Road next to <br />the cemetery. This would be opposite the Industrial Parlc Road, but the <br />development f ound that they could not do this because of deed restrictions. <br />However, a road could be outlet to Wilson Mills f arther'dowa because this <br />portion had been designed f or a road. Mayor Endress said that this was the <br />reason f or changing the road from its former position. <br />Mr. Mason, seconded by Mr. Shaw, then introduced Resolution No. 619 <br />entitled: "A Resolution Approving the Preliminary-Plan of Proposed Aintree <br />Park Subdivision", which resolution was read to Council. <br />It was moved by Mr. Sloan, seconded by Mre Belzer, that the rules of <br />law requiring a Resolution to be read on three separate occasions be <br />suspendeda <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />2.
