Mr. Edelman then advised Couricil that there were two objections filed <br />on the Ridgebury Boulevard Water project and it would be necessary to-appoint <br />an equalization board to study these objections. <br />Mayor Endress then said that he would like the approval of the laat <br />board as they had lived in the Village f or a number of years and presented Mr. <br />James P. Law, Mr. Richard Damerell and Mr. Donald Winklea Mr. Maron, seconded <br />by AZr. Walker then introduced Resolution No.c622,'entitled:' "A Resolution <br />Appointing an Assessment Equalization Board to Hear Objections Relative to <br />the Improvement of Ridgebury Boulevard by the Construction of a Water Main <br />and Appurtenances", which resolution was read to Council. <br />It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Mason, that the rules of <br />law requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions Ue suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Bennett, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />riotion carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by Nir.
