<br />, Minutes of the Regulqr Meeting <br />Decemb.er 21, 1964 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in regular meeting at the <br />Town Hall at 8;00 P. r1., Mayor Endress presiding. - <br />Roll Call; Present -.Messrs Shaw, Bennett, Walker, Mason, Sloatt & Belzer. <br />Absent - None. <br />. The Minutes of the Regular Meeting of November 16, 1964, were then read <br />to Council. It-was moved by Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Mason, that the rlinutes <br />of the Regular Meeting be approved and,passed as read. . <br />Roll Call: Ayes -•Messrs Shaw, Bennett, Walker, r4ason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />? • <br />Minutes Approved <br />- Mayor Endress then-asked f or reports from the Committees. Mr> Sloan, <br />reporting f or the Architectural Board, said that.they had approved one <br />addition on Eastgate Drive. <br />There was nothing to report f rom the Building Committee. Mr. Bennett <br />said-that he hoped to have something definite on the.Service Garage f or the <br />next meeting. Mr. Bennett said that the Community Club wished to know if the <br />Village would care to donate $10.00 to decorate the Town Hall. It was then <br />moved by Mr. Niason,, seconded by Mr. Shaw,.that the Clerk be.authorized to <br />draw a warrant for $10m00 to the Community Club f or Town Hall decorations. <br />Roll Call; Ayes - blessrs Shacv, Bennett, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Mr. Edelman said that he needes] more details on the Service Garage and <br />as soon as he secured these he would oo ahead with the matter. Mayor Endress <br />said that he wished we had had the garage this weelc and then spoke,.of Mr. <br />Foltz getting some ribs brolcen working out in the cold weather under adverse <br />conditions. The Mayor then commented that some people still wondered why we <br />needed a garage. Dir. Sloan asked if we had replaced Mr. Foltz and Mayor <br />Endress said that'the snow would be plowed, Mr. Bennett then drew attention <br />to the new tile in the offices and the linoleum on the stairs. , <br />There was nothing to repor,t from the Welfare Cornmittee. <br />The Safety and Service Comrnittee did not have a meeting and there was <br />nothing to report. <br />Mr. riason, r.eporting for the Planning and Zoning Commission read their <br />Niinutes to Council. <br />1.
