Board of-Appeals:- Mr, Amendola reported that.a.meeting is scheduled for tomorrow~.~ght to sel~'ct a hhairman for the new year. Recreation - MARC - No Report. Mayor Beebe stated -that Mrs. Barclay had submitted her resignation from the~Recreation Board. A replacement for her and a.representative.to MARC wi.'ll have to be. appointed. ~-~.. Heinen's - Mr. Amendola.reported th~.t.the.weather has slowed the work:. down to some extent. and anticipates opening date .to be sometime in.April: Mr. Heinen-has .been presented with a statement-for the wideriing.of.~Amntree P:a.`rk Drive.. ~ , . . OLD BUSINESS: Codification of Ordinances -~Mr. Avery submitted a.proposal received from the.Justini:an Company. Copies were to be made.for the Finance Committee along with the .proposal received, from the Drane CompAany. Committee to ... review and report at.the.next..meeting. Chief Hejcl reported that one hydrant had.been repaired but the same re=.~ sident who. damaged it the first time did it:again. Damage was -~.iscovered when making~.the~ir-'annual.check. Ori September 11th, a report was submitted by the man in charge of the inspection. On-November 13:th, the work was contracted ou~t.to Construction Equipment. There has been a six to eight week delay: P arts.can't bedobtained.
