Motion Carried <br />Contract Extended <br />Cleveland-Water Litigation Contribution - An investigation had been made <br />to~~deter--mine how.much the Village had contributed towatds.the:.attorney's <br />fees for ~fghting the, .water suit and the ..records revealed that -no cori- <br />tribution had•been made-..and the municipalities involved were being asked' <br />to make a second contribution. <br />Discussion followed with Mr. Relic indicating that $600.00 would be close.,. <br />to the. 16 per capita requested. <br />Mr~~: Grogan; ~ seconded by Mr. Boger; 'made .'a mot"ion to contribute $'600.-00° <br />forft~~epast and..present contribution to the Cleveland Water Suit Attorneys. <br />~. - ~ .... <br />Roll. Third Reading. <br />Mr'. Busa urged Council to-reject this:sontract. The Village.is gettigg <br />a rape job. -, .. _.. ., ~~. _ - . . , <br />Mr. Grogan stated that enough lobbying has been done~against.the contract . <br />and.we should consider what's best for the Village. The Village realizes <br />thaxes.from 'the_C~.E.I. property in the Vil~.age. This Council did pass <br />the fprmula.for' assessing.for.street lighting.
