<br />Mr. Bennett ..questioned Counci}'s •intent .if they did not 'pass the Ordinance. <br />Would the. tax monies co.ll.ec.ted• fore street lighting be used - Would the . <br />services requested of C.E.I, be rejected Csuch-as .Beta Lghting_or •Lights <br />for Aintree N•orth).- How much money is Council willing to spend-for <br />litigation. He would like to know just how many other municipalities <br />are going to fight. <br />Mr. Busa stated that the contract is in bad taste and there would be no~ <br />other opportunity for Council to express their opposition to this contract. <br />Mr. Avery commented that one. municipality alone could' riot,afford -tai .fight <br />this battle but would have to be a joint effort. of all those communities <br />willing~to fight.
