Committee Appointments• Mr. Busa stated that all Committee Members would be the. same as last year- with one adjustment being made to the Budget/~~ppropriations: " If Mr. Boger is unable to attend any meeting, Mr. Busa would be attending in his place. Moratorium - Mr. Hovancsek reported that he had contacted Mr. Hal Whitaker of the 5 anitary Engineer's Office and he stated that~Ta formal moratorium has not been passed but a study is being conducted by Haven and Emerson who may recommend that a moratorium be passed. Records Disposal:_ , Mayor Beebe appointed a Committee consisting of himself anc~. the following people: Department Heads (Fire, Police and Building) Eloise Maynard-Secretary Irene Meden - Historical Society Mr. Grogan questioned. if a resident should be part of the Committee. Village Hall Re_~airs: Mr. Amendola stated he had contacted several firms.: One~had.submitted an estimate last fall and due to additional deterioration the figure has gone from $8,900 to $9,300.00. The Final will be submitted to the Mayor along with the estimate to have the roof r.epaired® Mr. Bordo~~,~~ ;commented that. the Hall should be kept up on a continuous basis. ., Village On-Site Mechanic: , MaiTorn;Bee'_oe~~stated a letter had been circulated to Council re this. Mr. Ken Whitmer would submit his hours to the Department Head for approval before being submitted to the_Finance Department. He would receive no benefits.. None Motion Carried " Approval Given 1 Mr. Bennett questioned an invoice paid for $600.00 to the Shell Station, and questioned if .they are still doing work on the Police Cars. Mayor Beebe commented that the invoice paid was for work done before they stopped their services. No work is being done by the Shell Station.
