~~ East Ohio Gas Compan~ Mr. Grogan, seconded the East.Ohio Gas Co: side of Wilson Mills side of Wilson Mills - Recluest° by Mr. Bennett, made a motion to give consent to npany to construct gas mains and service on the North Rd. from KenE~,~ood Drive to 550' of Echo Drive, South Road C~ Kenwood Drive. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Permission Granted Mr. Busa mentioned a letter received form Mr. Stackhouse.re a.meeting. Mr. Hovancsek said he would attend the meeting and prepare~a~memorandum Mr. Boger commented on the bad condition of Thornapple. .. Mr.. Relic-replied that the Village Engineer submits a,priority list on streets that need repair every spring. Mr. Bordonaro questioned the amount of money allotted for this expe}~se and Mr. Relic stated that th'e budget is for $20,000.00 with an•'adclitonal $2~,_00.O.OOtavalable~~to,,. appropriate .if necessary. Ordinance 79-12,,entitled: "AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A MUTUAL AID POLICE PROTECTION~AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF HAYFIELD HEIGHTS." Introduced by Mr. Bennett. Mr. Bennett, seconded, by Mr. Boger, made a motion to suspent the mules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. A memo would be available for the Friday packets. - Mr. Amendola asked if Council would be holding a special meeting on the 27th to appoint an Architect for the Service Building and also to accept the bids for the cars. Discussion was held with Caucus changed from the 27th t.o March 1, 1979.
