Center Road Flood Control - Mr. Hovancsek reported that NOACA h.ad approved the Funding Project and now the. project will ,have to be.~ reviewed by the U.S. Department -of Agriculture. It ~is very 'im= portant that their .initial reaction is favorable. Mr ._ Relic returned, at .this time, 10:40 P.M. Mr. Bus a-questioned.Mr.. Relic re the funding. De3ohn rejected .the proje.ct., He . still questioned the need of~NOACA. Mr. Relic explained the. purpose ofi~NOACA and stated anyone applying for grants must go~through the clearinghouse.. `- Mr... He felt D.eJohn should be asked to retract liis statement.
