~~ 1 1 Discussion was held re the possibility of receiving the ambulance before the end of the year as anticipated which might cause a problem re the payment. Chief,Hejcl, was. to.write a letter asking for a,..confirmation of billing to be received in 1980. ~ ~. Chief Stevens commented that a delay in ordering might cause a problem re getting all specifications required. Ordinance 79-28, entitled:°"'AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF THE HORTON COMPANY OF COLUMBUS, OHIO FOR THE PURCHASE OF A NEW AMBULACE FOR THE ,AMOUNT OF $41,997.00." Introduced by Mr. Boger Mr. Boger, seconded by Mr. Bennett, made a motion to suspend the rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on~three sepp:rate occasions. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mr. Bennett,~seconded by Mr. Boger, made a motion to pass Ordinance 79-28. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: ~N~one NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Passed Mr. Relic requested Council's approval for two public hearings for June 18, 1979. One for the Tax Budget - One for Federal. Revenue Sharing. Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Grogan, made a motion to authorize the public hearings. Roll Call : AYES : A1,:1~ NAYS: None Motion Carried Authorization Given Hearings set for 8:15 P.M., Monday, June 18, 1979. Public Service/Public Utilities - Mr. Flynn stated that Mr. Arnold Miller of C.E.I. was present at the last Caucus to discuss their new contract which is for nine years with a 15/ yearly increase. There had been no reply to Mr. Avery's questionaire. The Village has been paying the old rate and holding back the increase. Mr. Relic informed Council that C.E.I. has returned the checks and urged Council to make a decision soon. Architectural Review Board - Mr. Amendola reported on the meeting held Thursday, May 17, 1979:
