Cemetery - Mr. Busa said there is a need for Council representation since Mr. Bordonaro's resignation. He asked Mr. Bordonaro for~his comments since he was present in the audience. Mr. Bordonaro commentedd that whomever is appoir~dd will need to have an annual meeting this month. Mayfield Village is the only one who has paid their dues. He will be of assistance if needed. Mr. Boger was appointed temporarily. Council of Councils - Mr. Grogan reported on their last meeting at which the guest speaker was the Executiee Director of NOACA. He learned that it is not necessary to be.a member of NOACA-to be eli- gible for Federal Funds. The County Auditor will be their next speaker, re reappraisal of Real Property this coming Thursday. It should be interesting to everyone since everyone will be affected. Planning and Zoning - Mrs. Hanus reported on the meeting of May 14; 1979 at which they learned that Allan Bradley would not be moving into the Racquet Club Building. Board of Appeals - Mr. Amendola stated he had just received a var- iance request for a fence at Lander/Ridgebury and a meeting will have to be scheduled .soon. ~' Recreation -. Mayor Beebe reported that three Hours will be devoted to ball games, races, etc. with prizes. He has taken photos of th ball-diamond and .the new Service Building site.. If anyone w~i~hes to observe them,~they are posted in the back of the room. Heinen's - Mr. Amendola reported that they are waiting for trusses for the roof. Mr. Busa questioned when completion is expected. Mayor Beebe s~.~cl he felt Mr. Heinen is a down to earth fellow and feels it should be completed soon. OLD BUSINESS: Beta Drive Entrance -,Mr. Bennett questioned the need for two struc- tures at each entrance which would require the use of the right-of-way. Mr. Busa stated we should go with the most formal entrance. Mayor Beebe asked what time limit was gong to put on the review of this matter. Mr. Hovancsek said he would have to have plans before anything can be done. Mayor~`Beebe said he would request complete plans from Mr. Paris and have G~ s and Steve's recommendation by the next Caucus.
