<br />Cemetery - Mr. Busa said there is a need for Council representation <br />since Mr. Bordonaro's resignation. He asked Mr. Bordonaro for~his <br />comments since he was present in the audience. <br />Mr. Bordonaro commentedd that whomever is appoir~dd will need to have <br />an annual meeting this month. Mayfield Village is the only one who <br />has paid their dues. He will be of assistance if needed. <br />Mr. Boger was appointed temporarily. <br />Council of Councils - Mr. Grogan reported on their last meeting at <br />which the guest speaker was the Executiee Director of NOACA. He <br />learned that it is not necessary to be.a member of NOACA-to be eli- <br />gible for Federal Funds. The County Auditor will be their next <br />speaker, re reappraisal of Real Property this coming Thursday. It <br />should be interesting to everyone since everyone will be affected. <br />Planning and Zoning - Mrs. Hanus reported on the meeting of May 14; <br />1979 at which they learned that Allan Bradley would not be moving <br />into the Racquet Club Building. <br />Board of Appeals - Mr. Amendola stated he had just received a var- <br />iance request for a fence at Lander/Ridgebury and a meeting will <br />have to be scheduled .soon. <br />~' Recreation -. Mayor Beebe reported that three Hours will be devoted <br />to ball games, races, etc. with prizes. He has taken photos of th <br />ball-diamond and .the new Service Building site.. If anyone w~i~hes <br />to observe them,~they are posted in the back of the room. <br />Heinen's - Mr. Amendola reported that they are waiting for trusses <br />for the roof. <br />Mr. Busa questioned when completion is expected. <br />Mayor Beebe s~.~cl he felt Mr. Heinen is a down to earth fellow and <br />feels it should be completed soon. <br />OLD BUSINESS: <br />Beta Drive Entrance -,Mr. Bennett questioned the need for two struc- <br />tures at each entrance which would require the use of the right-of-way. <br />Mr. Busa stated we should go with the most formal entrance. <br />Mayor Beebe asked what time limit was gong to put on the review of <br />this matter. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said he would have to have plans before anything can <br />be done. <br />Mayor~`Beebe said he would request complete plans from Mr. Paris and <br />have G~ s and Steve's recommendation by the next Caucus. <br />
