The increase is <br />slightly due to inflation. Income taxes should bring in $536,000.00 <br />in 1979 and $600,000.00 ih 1980. <br />Mr. Grogan questioned if provisions had been made for the New Service <br />Building. <br />Mr. Relic explained the procedure for payment for the building. Monies <br />borrowed would be invested with a profit realized.. The new Service <br />Building would be built at no cost to the taxpayers. <br />Mr. Relic stated the Budget has been availablenfor public review <br />since the last meeting and will be for the balance of the year. <br />There being no proponents or opponents, Mr. Grogan, seconded by Mr. <br />Boger made a motion to adjourn the publid hearing. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Public Hearing adjourned at 8:25 P.M. <br />Counnil meeting reconvened at 8:26 P.M. <br />OPEN PORTION: <br />Mrs. Mary Wills, 827 Beech Hill, asked if it wa~ld be possible to <br />have a Bike Path on SOM to the Clear Acres Ba11 Field. She had <br />spoken to a resident of Richmond Heights and the. Service Department <br />summer employees have put a path in for something like $22,000.00. <br />Mr. Busa stated that the Villa e is sbbking Federal Funding Assistance <br />for a Bike Path to be installe~ all the eay to the Park entrance. He <br />felt any construction started now might jeopardize the possible funding. <br />Discussion was field on improvising the path ~ith.Mr:~~Hovancsek to <br />prepare a cost estimate with possible completion only to the ball field. <br />Mr. Feneli gave the oath of office to Carol Trask who had been svJ.orn <br />in as Councdlwoman repaacing Mr. Sander Bordonnro at the Special <br />Meeting of June 1, 1979. <br />Mr. Relic int~7.uced Mr. end Mrs. Trask, parents of Miss Trask, who <br />were present in the audience. <br />
