Architectural Review Board.- Mr.,Amendola stated. that the Board has a meeting scheduled for this Thursday. -_ _. .. Cemetery - Mr. Boger stated all had been covered earlier in the meeting. Council. of Councils - Mrs. Hanus reported on a meeting of May 23rd at which Mr. Raymond O'Neil ahd given a talk on prpperty taxes and confirmed that they would continue to rise. There were oi'.ly eight .people in attendance at the meeting. The next meeting will be held in September`r. Planning and Zoning - Mrs. Hanus reported on the meeting held on June 11th at which discussion was held nn a warehouse for Galier, Carlinik and DeSantis to be located on Beta Drive. Drawings were not complete az~d revised drawings are to be~submitted at the Workshop meetting for review. Also, Mrs. Meyers of Ken's Auto Body, is in need of a Special Use Permit xzhich is in resolution form under new business tonight. - .,.- Board of Appeals - Mr. Amendola stated that a meeting had been held on June 5th at which a resident at Lander/Ridgebury ahd requested a fence variance.; The Board rejected the variance request on the grounds that a four foot fence, as per ordinance, would serve the the same purpose of the requested six foot fence. This request brought to the Boards attention that..the fenceefor a corner resident creates a contridiction in the ordinance in that the side yard fence is:infact the front yard o.f .his heigYibor. The ordinance will have .to be charsged. Recreation -Miss Trask stated. that Recreation would~b~ holding.a meeting this-comitng_Wednesday and 'she would be getting.in.contact with Tom Keptner for information regarding the MARS meetings. Heinen,'s Committee - Mr. Amendola reported that.•the work is .just starting on the refrigeration. A large crew is beginning on the plumbing and electrical. All work should progress pretty rapidly since most of it is under roof now and not subject.to weather.. He would sugge~te~ meec~ing be held-around July 4th with the .Police. being represented. ~ -.-.
