Miss Trask stated there had been. a MARC meeting but she was unable to go because of the conflicting Cemetery meeting. Mr. Busa suggested she call upon another member of Council if the occasion should arise again. Heinen's - Mr. Amendola reported on a meeting held with Mayor Beebe, Chief Hejcl, Chief Stevens, Jack Heinen and himsea_f today at 3:30 P.M. Discussion was held re security of store. Contrac+to.~ anticipates opening late September or early October. Mr. Bennett questioned the hiring of the part-time dispatchers. Chief Stevens stated that with the training of the .full-time people, action has been delayed on the temporary dispatchers. Mr. Boger questioned when the new dispatchers would be ready for work. Ohief Stevens estimated around August 1st. OLD BUSINESS Echo Drive.- Mr. Hovancsek stated that Council would :h ave. to give authori- zation to proceed with this work. Advertisement for bids and a tentative assessment sent to the homeowners who would have 30 d-ays to~reject the assessement. Discussion was he~:d with a Special Meeting to. be held at 8:00 P.M.. on ~ Monday, August 6, 1979. ~ ` Mr. Boger, seconded by Mr. Bennett, made a motion to ratify action taken at the last Caucus Meeting to authorize Mr. Hovancsek to proceed with the Echo Drive Paving Plans .
