Roll Call: AYES: All <br />~~~ <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Bennett, seconded by Mrs. Hanus, made a motion to pass Ordinance 79-76. <br />Mr. Busa explained that we had previously received committment on the <br />owners of the property but they have backed out and therefore Council <br />has decided to proceed. <br />Mr. Grogan stated that there is to be no rush on the matter as the <br />Village will not be ready financially for at least another six months. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Ordinance 79-77, entitled: `SAN ORDINANCE ENACTING CHAPTER 1379 OF THE <br />CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE ENTITLED "CONDOMINIUMS". In- <br />troduced by Mr. Grogan <br />There was discussion on the ordinance with thoughts of having it on <br />first .reading until a full review of the ordinance could be given but <br />it was decided that it could possibly alert the apartment owners who <br />could file for conversion before the ordinance was adopted. <br />Mr. Bennett, seconded by Miss Trask, made a motion to suspend the rules <br />of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Bennett expressed concern that on page two it makes reference to <br />any complex larger than 10 units. He felt this should be lower. in view <br />of the fact that Mr. VanCuren may be considering remodeling to come <br />below the 10 unit minimum. <br />Discussion was held with the ordinance to be amended to read four (4) <br />instead of 10. <br />Mr. Grogan, seconded by Mr. Bennett, made a motion to pass Ordinance <br />79-77 as amended. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />.Resolution 79-78 entitled, "A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL U-5 PERMIT <br />TO JEAD?NE MEYERS TO USE CERTAIN PREMISES FOR AN AUTO BODY REPAIR SHOP <br />AND.TOWING SERVICE .FOR AUTOMOBILES FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS, AND <br />REPEALING RESOLUTION 79-39." Introduced by Council as a Whole <br />Mr. Grogan, seconded by Miss Trask, made a motion to suspend the rules <br />of law .requiring a resolution to be read on three separate., occasions. <br />
