r ~~ <br />There is no third party in mind - this position requires a lot of <br />work and shou-ld be acknowledged in title at least. <br />Mr. Grogan said there is no need for a position to be held between <br />the Mayor and Department Heads - Richmond Heights had this and ended <br />up voting it out - the Charter approved the position and incorporated <br />it by reference. <br />Mr. Feneli clarified that it cannot be incorporated simply by reference. <br />Mr. Bennett dated the Mayor is doing a great job but doesn't feel we <br />should be in a position for a third party. <br />Ro11 Call: AYES: None <br />NAYS: Al1- <br />Motion Not Carried <br />Ordinance Failed <br />Mayor Beebe requested another ordinance be drafted leaving out the part <br />that indicates a third party. <br />Hatchadorian Meeting - Mr. Busa said the meeting will be on the increase <br />in real estate taxes. Mayor Beebe said he attended a clam bake with <br />many representatives present and everyone seemed to .have different <br />opinions with one Mayor opposing fighting this increase. <br />Racquet Club Rezoning - Mr. Feneli explained Councils options re the <br />matter as covered in his letter of October 4th. Discussion to be helc <br />at the next Caucus Meeting. <br />Ordinance 79-75, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE EASEMENT FROM <br />HANOVER WOODS FOR THE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A WATER MAIN FOR <br />THE PURPOSE OF SUPPLYING WATER SERVICE; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Intro- <br />duced by Council as a Whole <br />Mr. Feneli stated that this ordinance was recommended by the Engineer. <br />Mr. Grogan, seconded by Miss Trask, made a motion to suspend the rules <br />of law regiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Grogan, seconded by Miss Trask, made a motion to pass Ordinance 79-75. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Ordinance 79-76, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FEE SIMPLE IN <br />TERE5T IN THE REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6635 WILSON MILLS ROAD, MAYFIE <br />VILLAGES OHIO." Introduced by Mr. Busa <br />Mr. Grogan, s~~onded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to suspend the rules <br />of law requ~-ring an c~rdinar~ce to be read on three separate occasit~ns. <br />
