ORDINANCES REGULATING THE INSTALLATION AND USE OF <br />ALARMS SIGNALING FIRE OR UNAUTHORIZED INTRUSION AT ANY RESIDENTIAL OR <br />BUSINESS PREMISES WITHIN THE VILLAGE." Introduced. by Council as a Whole <br />Discussion was held on the fees to be charged - $10.00 residential, <br />all others - $25.00. <br />Chief Hejcl questioned the tying'up of lines if these systems mal- <br />function. <br />Mr. Feneli clarified the clause ~that-girotects the system and stated he <br />would be happy to sit down with Moth departments to answer any questions. <br />It might be a good idea to expand the number of telephone lines coming <br />into the Village.. ; ~-a _ .. ay=}g~~ - '~ <br />Mr. Bennett asked if a party installs both the fire and police protection, <br />would the fees be doubled. <br />Mr. Feneli stated that if both systems are installed at fhe same time, <br />the installation fee would be treated as one but the annual rate would <br />be double. <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Grogan, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />law requiring~an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Hanus, seconded by Mr. Boger, made a motion to pass Ordinance 79-81. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Ordinance 79-82, enti-tied: ~"AN-EMERGENCY ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR <br />TRANSFER AND APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FOR VARIOUS PURPOSES DURING THE <br />YEAR 1979."
