It was for Love Insurance <br />and had been passed by title at the Council Meeting of November 19th. <br />Mr. Busa annnaiced there had been a request by Council for an Execu- <br />tive Session later this evening. <br />The question of Joseph Wiese receiving hospitalization through the <br />Month of June was raised by President Busa. <br />Mr. Feneli asked if Joe Wiese was still on the payroll. <br />_...It_was confirmed that he was still on the payrgl.l. ' <br />Mr. Feneli questioned the fact that Wi_ece,having Blue Cross paid <br />when he is not an employee even if he pays the cost himself, it <br />would be at reduced rates. <br />Mr. Feneli suggested that if it is the feeling of Council to pay <br />Wiese it should be done tonight. Mr. Feneli feels that this is mis- <br />representi:~g Blue Cross. <br />Council agreed that Mr. Wiese is to be kept on the Blue Cross Insurance, <br />at his own expense which would be payable to the Village in advance <br />monthly. Mayor Beebe to advise Mr. Wiese of Council's decision. <br />Mr. Beatty questioned if we had any other former employees receiving <br />the same opportunity. Yes, there are three at present. <br />Mr. Amendola was asked to give further information on $le use of gran- <br />ulated limestone on Village Streets as stated in his letter to Counci~ <br />He pointed out that the State would be reducing considerably the amour ' <br />of salt they would be using on the roads. The salt would be scarcer <br />and the Cost has increased. The. limestone is about one=half the cost <br />
