It would also <br />serve those recently concreted streets that cannot take the salting. <br />President Busa read a letter from Hillcrest Cable Vision that High- <br />land Heights has approved their services. <br />Mr. Flynn informed Council that the 3rd company that would be pre- <br />senting a proposal would be on December 17th at 7:30 P.M. The 4th <br />Company will be heard at the December 21st Caucus Meeting. <br />President Busa reminded Council that due to the last Caucus coming <br />during the holidays he had asked Dorothy Martin to move the date to <br />the 21st on the Village Calender. <br />A discussion was held on the approving of the new tax rates set by <br />the County. <br />Resolution 79-88, entitled: "A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE AMOUNT AND <br />RATES AS DETERMINED BY THE BUDGET COMMISSION AND AUTH~~RIZING THE <br />NECESSARY TAX LEVIES AND CETTIFYING THEM TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR." Meeting <br />will be at the County Airport. This is to be a progress report to <br />local Mayor's as a follow-up to questions asked at the Commissioner <br />Meeting on November 5th. The Mayor asked if Council would give con- <br />sideration to discussion previously held on a Building Moratorium. <br />
