President Busa read a letter from Hillcrest Cable Vision that High- land Heights has approved their services. Mr. Flynn informed Council that the 3rd company that would be pre- senting a proposal would be on December 17th at 7:30 P.M. The 4th Company will be heard at the December 21st Caucus Meeting. President Busa reminded Council that due to the last Caucus coming during the holidays he had asked Dorothy Martin to move the date to the 21st on the Village Calender. A discussion was held on the approving of the new tax rates set by the County. Resolution 79-88, entitled: "A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE AMOUNT AND RATES AS DETERMINED BY THE BUDGET COMMISSION AND AUTH~~RIZING THE NECESSARY TAX LEVIES AND CETTIFYING THEM TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR." In- troduced by Council as a Whole Mr. Flynn, seconded by President Busa, made a motion to amend the Resolution 79-88 to include the emergency clause. Roll Calls AYES: Al_i NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Passed Mayor Beebe advised Council of the County Sanitary Engineer's re- quest for a meeting on Tuesday, December 4th at 7:30 P.M. Meeting will be at the County Airport. This is to be a progress report to local Mayor's as a follow-up to questions asked at the Commissioner Meeting on November 5th. The Mayor asked if Council would give con- sideration to discussion previously held on a Building Moratorium.
