Bennett, seconded by Mr. Grogan, made .a motion to suspend the rules <br />of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: h11 <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Miss Trask, made a motion to pass Ordinance 79-93 <br />Roll Call: AYES: A1.1 <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Mr. Beatty commented that the wage adjustments is a two step process <br />this year to accomodate the cash flow through the finance office. In <br />1981 it would be a one time adjustment. <br />GENERAL COMMENTS: <br />Mayor Beebe said his schedule is going to interfere with his attending <br />the Caucus meeting on Friday evening. <br />Mr. Feneli stated that he is not able to make the Friday Caucus either. <br />Council expressed their gratitude to Mr. Grogan and Mr. Busa for services <br />on Council. <br />Mr. Grogan stated that he realized he would not be on Council when he <br />ran for Mayor but he felt the residents needed a choice. He has enjoyed <br />serving on Council and appreciated Council's support when he served as <br />Council President.
