~~~ <br /> <br />6 <br />Ordinance 79-93, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING SALARIES, RATES <br />OF COMPENSATION, VACATION SCF~DULE, PAID HOLIDAYS AND OTHER BENEFITS F <br />EMPLOYEES OF THE MUNICIPALITY, REPEALING ORDINANCE NOS. 79-34 and 79-5( <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor and Council as a Who; <br />Nir. Bennett, seconded by Mr. Grogan, made .a motion to suspend the rules <br />of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: h11 <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Miss Trask, made a motion to pass Ordinance 79-93 <br />Roll Call: AYES: A1.1 <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Mr. Beatty commented that the wage adjustments is a two step process <br />this year to accomodate the cash flow through the finance office. In <br />1981 it would be a one time adjustment. <br />GENERAL COMMENTS: <br />Mayor Beebe said his schedule is going to interfere with his attending <br />the Caucus meeting on Friday evening. <br />Mr. Feneli stated that he is not able to make the Friday Caucus either. <br />Council expressed their gratitude to Mr. Grogan and Mr. Busa for services <br />on Council. <br />Mr. Grogan stated that he realized he would not be on Council when he <br />ran for Mayor but he felt the residents needed a choice. He has enjoyed <br />serving on Council and appreciated Council's support when he served as <br />Council President. Wished everyone luck and hoped the Village can main- <br />tain the 100/ credit on the finances. <br />Mr. Busa thanked Council for their support. <br />Miss Trask, seconded by Mr. Grogan, made a motion to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Meeti adjourned at 10:25 P.M. <br />,~ <br />MAY <br />1 <br />NCI PRE IDENT <br />CLERK OF COUNC~ L <br />
