DEBARTOLO CORPORATION TO REZONE THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6449 <br />WILSON MILLS ROAD, HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, FROM SMALL OFFICE BUILDING <br />DISTRICT TO A MOTORIST SERVICE DISTRICT." Given First Reading <br />Ordinance 79-91, entitled, "AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE PROVIDING TEMPORARY <br />APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE YEAR 1980."
