DEBARTOLO CORPORATION TO REZONE THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6449 WILSON MILLS ROAD, HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, FROM SMALL OFFICE BUILDING DISTRICT TO A MOTORIST SERVICE DISTRICT." Given First Reading Ordinance 79-91, entitled, "AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE PROVIDING TEMPORARY APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE YEAR 1980." Introduced by Mayor and Council as a Whole. Mr. Grogan, seconded by Mrs. Hanus, made a motion to suspend the rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions.
