Leech Mayor of Mayfield Village 6621 Wilson Mills Road Mayfield Village, Ohio 44143 RE: Special Meeting of Council - January 2, 1975 Dear Mayor: It is my understanding that Ordinance No. 74-48 establishing the Architectural Review Board will be passed by Council at the above meeting. It is further my understanding that an ordinance to be known as ~~75-2 creating the Board of Appeals will be introduced and passed at this meeting. Based upon this under- standing, the Mayor is required to make the following appointments: 1. Architectural Review Board. (a) Two members for the term commencing January 1, 1975 and ending December 31, 1975; (b) Two members for the term commencing January 1, 1976 and ending December 31, 1976; (c) One member for the term commencing January 1, 1977 and ending December 31, 1977. 2. Planning and Zoning Commission. The Planning and Zoning Commission shall consist of the Mayor, one member of Council elected by the Council annually, and five electors of the municipality. Initial terms: (a) One elector for a term of one year commencing January 1, 1975 and ending December 31, 1975; (b) One elector for a term of two years commencing January 1, 1975 and ending December 31, 1976;
