- 2- <br />~ . <br />(c) One elector for a term of three years commencing January 1, 1975 <br />and ending December 31, 1977; <br />(d) One elector for a term of four years commencing January 1, 1975 <br />and ending December 31, 1978; <br />(e) One elector for a term of five years commencing January 1, 1975 <br />and ending December 31, 1979. <br />The appointments are subject to confirmation by a vote of four members of Council. <br />3. Board of Appeals. <br />The Board of Appeals shall consist of five electors of the municipality. The <br />term of the initial appointments shall be as follows: <br />(a) One elector for a term of one year beginning January 1, 1975 and <br />ending December 31, 1975; <br />(b) One elector for a term of two years beginning January 1, 1975 and <br />ending December 31, 1976; <br />(c) One elector for a term of three years beginning January 1, 1975 and <br />ending December 31, 1977; <br />(d) One elector for a term of four years beginning January 1, 1975 and <br />ending December 31, 1978; <br />(e) The fifth member of the Board of Appeals shall be one of the five <br />appointed elector members of the Planning and Zoning Commission. He <br />shall be elected annually to the Board of Appeals by a vote of not <br />less than four members of the Planning and Zoning, Commission. <br />4. Civil Service Commission. <br />This Commission was created by the Charter. It shall consist of three electors <br />of the municipality. These electors may not hold any other municipal office or <br />appointment. The appointment of the members of this Commission must be accom- <br />plished within 60 days after January 1, 1975. <br />The initial appointments shall be for the following periods: <br />(a) One elector for a term of six years commencing January 1, 1975; <br />(b) One elector for a term of four years commencing January 1, 1975; <br />(c) One elector for a term fo two years commencing January 1, 1975. <br />These appointments are subject to the <br />jb <br />
