Roll Call: AYES: Messrs.,--Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Ficken, Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte NAYS: None Pay Ordinance 618P - Mr. Bennett reported that the Finance Committee met January 28, 1975 and approved the vouchers for payment. Mr. Bennett asked for clarification of Voucher No. 8349, payment of $300.00 to Lesko Associated, Inc. Mayor Leech explained that this payment was for 12 hours of testimony and research by John Costello at $25.00 per hour in regards to the LaConte litigation. After discussion, Mr. Ficken introduced Pay Ordinance 618P. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Ficken, Mrs. Negrelli, Messrs., Prager and Schulte Motion Carried Resolution Adopted NAYS: None MAYOR'S COMMENTS: Motion Carried Ordinance Passed H_illcrest Hospital Expansion: Mayor Leech reported that the Board of Trustees is taking action to appeal the decision of the Metropolitan Health Planning Corporation turning down the Hospital's request for expansion. Insurance on Service Building & Contents: The present insurance expires March 7, 1975. The building is presently insured for $20,000 and contents $10,000. Mayor Leech suggested that the insured value of the building and contents be increased to $75,000 and $30,000 respectively. Mr. Prager, seconded by Mr. Bordonaro, made a motion to advertise for bids for insuring a one story, all steel building occupied as a vehicle and maintenance garage for the service and fire departments. 1 Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Ficken, Mrs. Negrelli, and Messrs., Prager and Schulte NAYS: None Motion Carried Bids will be opened March 6, 1975 at 12:00 Noon.
